Only minimal personal data is stored on our platform, being a user's e-mail address and their relationship to one or more teams in the organisation. This information is crucial to ensure that users can access the right teams, but equally to ensure that only current team members can access team results.
Answers to questionnaires are processed and stored completely anonymously. We have built a system for this purpose that operates on the basis of ‘buckets’ and ‘profiles’. In concrete terms, this means that as soon as an answer to a question is submitted, this information is immediately disconnected from the user. This renders it impossible to trace individual responses.
In addition, we work with pre-set thresholds for visualisation and reporting, which also makes it impossible to deduce who gave which answer by means of secondary characteristics (team membership, demographic characteristics etc.).
