There are two groups of people who have access to the database: technical staff of JiGSO and admin users of your organisation.
Since the answers of users are processed and stored completely anonymously, they can only consult and manage very limited data about the users.
The JiGSO technical staff will have access to the following data:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Team membership
- User roles: team member - team leader - admin
- Whether or not users have completed a questionnaire, NOT what they have answered
The admin users of your organisation have access to the following data:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Team membership
- User roles: team member - team leader - admin
