To guarantee the anonymity of each user JiGSO Listen never releases information about who has or has not yet answered.
When you notice a low response rate in your team dashboard, we advise you to address the whole team and explain why it is important that everyone answers.
An admin user can also send reminders to the team members who haven't answered yet. Sending out these reminders happens in the backend of the platform and the admin user cannot see who the reminders are sent to.
